At Shackletons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding, manuals, and hardware included to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup or Drop-off

  For small decor, use the provided prepaid shipping label; for oversized furniture pieces, our white-glove team will contact you to coordinate a professional collection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
