What are your delivery options for furniture?
We offer white-glove delivery on all large furniture items, which includes room-of-choice placement and removal of all packaging. Smaller home accessories are shipped via standard courier within 3-5 business days.
Can I request fabric samples before purchasing?
Yes, we offer a complimentary swatch service. You can order up to six fabric or leather samples through our website to help you visualize the texture and color in your own home.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made or bespoke upholstery items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
Do you provide a warranty on your products?
All Shackletons furniture comes with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty. Many of our sofa frames and premium mattresses include extended structural guarantees for up to 10 years.
Do you offer assembly services?
Most of our large furniture pieces are assembled upon delivery by our specialist team. For items marked as 'self-assembly,' detailed instructions and all necessary hardware are included in the box.
